Tennis Waikato-Bays: Notice of AGM

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
OF TENNIS WAIKATO-BAYS REGION INCORPORATED

To be held on Sunday 28th July 2013 at 1.00pm at the Waikato Tennis Centre, Dey St, Hamilton.

Closing dates:
Nominations for appointed board members – Thursday 6th June.
Nominations for elected board members – Friday 28th June.
Notifications of proposed motions and items of business – Thursday 27th June.
Receive name of delegates – Friday 19th July.
Receive name of proxies – Friday 19th July.

Delegates      

A Club shall appoint one Delegate to represent it at the Tennis Waikato-Bays AGM. A Club may appoint a Proxy, as per the Tennis Waikato-Bays Proxy Voting Regulations. 

Proxy Voting

A Proxy for a General Meeting must be appointed by submission in writing using the Proxy Voting Form. These will be available from the 30th June and information will be sent out at that time regarding any motions.
