Subscription Information for 2016-17

Hello Senior,

At the recent AGM, subscriptions were approved for the new year 2016-17 (1st October through 30th September 2017).

New enrolments and membership renewals are now being accepted. A copy of the Enrolment Form, in both Word and PDF formats, is attached; you will also find the form on our website otumoetaitennis.co.nz under 'How to Join'.

The Enrolment Form has bank details for on-line payments.

AGM Reminder

Hello Senior,

Just a quick reminder that the Club's AGM will be held tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. following Senior Club Day tennis play. NOTE: In case of inclement weather, the AGM will still be held at 3:30 p.m.

There will be afternoon tea provided at the AGM.

We do encourage our Senior members to attend to hear an update on our Clubhouse renovation status, new Coaching programme start-up, and other items, including election of your Committee members for the next year.
