Support for Queen's Birthday Weekend Tournament

Hello Senior,

Otumoetai is hosting one of its 2 annual Seniors tournaments on Queen's Birthday Weekend, 4th and 5th June 2016. We have a very strong reputation for our hosting of these tournaments, and they are moneymakers for the club.
To make these events a success, we need your support. Help is needed in the kitchen on both days, especially in the morning, and we also need volunteers to make pots of soup (cost of ingredients will be reimbursed).
Please help your Club by donating a half-day, or even 2-3 hours, over the weekend. There is a signup sheet on the bulletin board, or call Fred at 544-5088.
The only way we can run these events is with the support of our members. Your assistance will be appreciated.

Midweek 2016 Prizegiving

Hello Senior,

The Midweek Tennis Group is holding its Prizegiving for the 2015-16 year on Tuesday, 31st May. There will be a mini-tournament starting at 9 a.m., with prizegiving to start approximately at 11 a.m. Morning tea will be provided.

I have also included a flyer that may assist in encouraging a few more players and teams from your workplace.

Find some workmates, or parents that need some social or competitive tennis, at night.

Some teams have already paid for the next round, but we still need an entry form with contact details please.

Just a reminder that Seniors Prizegiving for the 2015-16 year is tomorrow, 14th May, at 3:30 p.m.
following Club Day tennis. The weather forecast is better than a couple days ago, so come on out for some tennis, followed by the Prizegiving and socializing.
