Otumoetai Tennis-Tender for old ball machine

OTC is offering its old Lobster tennis ball machine for tender to our Club members. The machine is at least 15 years old, and is currently in operating condition, however the machine is being tendered 'as is', and does not include tennis balls. An Instructions Sheet is available.

Any questions about the machine, or requests to inspect the machine, should be directed to Fred Kleve (clubcaptain@otumoetaitennis.co.nz or 544 5088).

Applications for position of junior coordinator

Hello ,

Otumoetai Tennis Club has a vacancy for a Junior Coordinator/administrator. This is a home-based, part time position, requiring approx. 10 hours per week for approximately 22 weeks over the summer season (i.e. term 4 and term 1). This is a paid position, and is currently being offered on a 12-month contract basis.

This course is open to anyone who would like to begin a coaching career in tennis or would just like some basic skills in tennis coaching. This course is part of the TNZ coach's pathway. Parents, Students, Teachers, Club Volunteers and anyone interested in increasing their Tennis knowledge to help others.

Vets 2014 - Norfolk Island - OTC Club Group Booking

Linked here is an entry form for the 2014 Norfolk Island tournament that has been very popular and well supported by OTC members.

It is suggested to get a group together from Otumoetai, and flight and accommodation bookings usually need to be done prior to Xmas. If you are interested please let Warwick know.

PS – Air New Zealand is the only airline from NZ and they only fly on Sundays.
