As per the Tennis Waikato-Bays Constitution, I wish to advise members that nominations for the position of Elected Board Member of Tennis Waikato-Bays are open and will close on Thursday 6 June at 5.00pm. Nominations should be made on the attached Nomination Form and returned to Tennis Waikato-Bays office by the due date. Please circulate as appropriate within your clubs.
There are two positions up for election at the AGM. Both Gavin Cooper (Hawkes Bay) and Steve Napier (BOP) have come to the end of their three-year term. Steve Napier has confirmed that he will not be standing for re-election.

I also advise that Tennis Waikato-Bays is currently advertising for two Appointment Board members as a result of both Delwyn Guilford and Sue Lane's term expiring at the conclusion of the AGM but both are eligible for re-appointment. The Tennis Waikato-Bays Board Appointments Panel will notify clubs of the successful two appointment members around 17 June.
